just image that we will be seeing screens replacing pictureframes. oh right … this is already happening? but to what goal with what effect. we are now seeing slidesshow of pictures, streamed from local or distributed memory. that s it. IMHO there are more implications when switching from printed paper to digital displays.

very literally i am seeing a slideshow that is overlaid by a single statistic, randomly mixed with a family photograph … as a starting point.
